The Basic Plan also allows for up to 3,000 annual learner accounts enable your students to dive into an immersive learning journey. Our platform will reflect your branding and messaging, ensuring a cohesive learning experience. To support their progress, we provide a web help-ticket system and phone-based user support, guaranteeing that technical obstacles won't hinder their educational advancement.

As part of your annual subscription, you'll receive up to 10 hours of labor revision support. We value your input, and your detailed revisions will guide our implementation process, ensuring a timely and accurate incorporation of your feedback. Together, we'll continuously refine your learning modules, guaranteeing their relevance and effectiveness.

Services Delivery
Skyepack will provide you with instructional design consultation services to refine, adapt, and implement materials provided by you. Skyepack will collaborate with you to design, develop and produce learning modules to meet the learning objectives and content requirements outlined in the Course Outline through a module design geared toward the age/grade outlined. Skyepack will utilize materials provided and approved by you.
Skyepack will create and maintain the Platform and include your branding, messaging, and color schemes. Skyepack will provide a web help-ticket system and phone-based user support for the Platform. Skyepack will assist you and your users with technical details concerning the Platform.
Skyepack will provide users with the ability to sign up for the modules through a secure website redirect from your website.
Skyepack will create and maintain the Platform and include your branding, messaging, and color schemes. Skyepack will provide a web help-ticket system and phone-based user support for the Platform. Skyepack will assist you and your users with technical details concerning the Platform.
Skyepack will provide labor revision hours per year (listed in column to the right) as part of the annual subscription. Detailed revisions will be provided by you with clear expectations of the time frame of implementation.
Skyepack will report general analytics and information (frequency and duration of user interactions, pre-and-post test scores, etc) to you to enhance the revision process and create an evolving digital experience. Skyepack shall maintain all data pursuant to Skyepack’s Customer Data Security and Privacy Policy.
Skyepack will supply user support to ensure that all users are able to access and utilize their educational materials
Customer represents and warrants that it has the right, through ownership, license, or otherwise, to use all text, image, audio, and video content provided to Skyepack for inclusion in the modules. All content owned by Customer or its partners and provided to Skyepack with the notation “proprietary” to be included on the Skyepack platform will only be used in the development and delivery of the modules for Customer and will remain with the original copyright holder.
All content that was created outside of this project, but utilized in this project, will retain the copyright ownership of the original owner, subject to any license terms. This includes content that is owned by Skyepack. It will be Skyepack’s responsibility to obtain the necessary license rights to content used from this category. Skyepack will be responsible for any license fees associated with content utilized under this section
Skyepack reserves all other rights as outlined in the Skyepack Master Services Agreement.
