At this year’s Mira Awards, a landmark event dedicated to advancing technology across various sectors, our Career+™ platform stood out, earning the Talent Impact Award. This prestigious recognition applauds our innovative approach to blending education with practical career experiences and guidance, thereby setting a new standard for workforce development programs nationwide. The Mira judges said Skyepack’s “comprehensive, people-centric and innovative approach to talent impact, coupled with its sustainability and scalability strategies, make it the ideal choice. The company creates talent impact by bridging the gap between employers, high schools, counselors, and students with ‘a total package solution’ that “ensures a people-first approach to talent development.”
About Career+™: A Comprehensive Ecosystem
Career+™ is not just a teaching tool; it is a comprehensive ecosystem that facilitates a seamless integration of education and real-world career applications. This ‘total package solution’ connects employers, high schools, higher education institutions, school counselors, career advisors, and students, emphasizing a people-first strategy in talent development.
Impact and Achievements:
- Reach and Influence: Since its launch, Career+™ has positively affected over 15,000 students across 21 schools in a seven-county area.
- Engagement and Opportunities: In just 15 months, we have facilitated nearly 7,000 student connections with more than 50 employers, generating approximately 300 early career experiences and over 4,000 career guidance interactions.
These efforts are particularly impactful in regions traditionally underserved by technological advancements, proving the platform’s effectiveness in enhancing career readiness and influencing students’ career choices.

Looking Ahead: Innovations and Expansions
Inspired by the platform provided by the Mira Awards and motivated by our past achievements, Skyepack is excited about the future. We are currently planning the fall release of Career+™ version 2.0, now rebranded as “Career+ Pathways powered by Skyepack.” This upgrade will introduce new features that allow schools and employers to track the impact more effectively as each student maps their own journey, informed by real-world experiences. Additionally, we are eager to expand our partnerships and extend the reach of Career+ Pathways across Indiana and the Midwest, continuing to innovate and set benchmarks in educational technology.
